S$60 Transport Voucher Targets Daily Commutes in 2026 — Who benefits most and why Timetable matters

If you have heard about the S$60 Public Transport Voucher but are not sure if you qualify or how to use it then this guide will explain everything. The voucher is part of the 2024 PTV Exercise but it continues into 2025 so there is still time to claim it. The government introduced this voucher to help Singaporeans with their daily transport costs. It works like stored value that you can use on buses and trains across the island. You do not need to pay anything to get it if you meet the requirements. To qualify for the voucher you must be a Singapore citizen. You also need to be at least 18 years old by the end of 2024.

The Public Transport Voucher (PTV) is a government assistance programme designed to support lower-income households in managing changes to public transport fares.
